Dosage of Combination Salts:
Suggested dosage for Children and Adolescents:
- 0 to 1 year: 1 tablet
- 1 to 6 years: 2 tablets
- 6 to 10 years: 3 tablets
- 10 years and older: 4 tablets
Acute cases: In general, administered every 15 minutes, half-hour, hourly or in 2-hour intervals, as required, depending on the intensity of the symptoms.
Subacute cases: 3-4 times a day for a relatively extended period of time.
Chronic cases: 2-3 times a day for a relatively extended period of time.
Infants: 1 tablet at a time, dissolved in some warm water.
More than one salt can be taken concurrently; use in alteration.
Combination salt tablets should be allowed to dissolve under the tongue. Note: The salts are lactose based (milk and sugar)
Composition: Calcarea Phosphorica 3X, Calcarea Sulphurica 3X, Kali Phosphoricum 3X, Kali Sulphuricum 3X, Natrum Muriaticum 3X
Calcarea Phosphorica 3X: This tissue salt has been used as a uterine tonic for the female organs and therefore is ideal for this condition, It is also prominent in young girls with menses that are too early and adults in which it is too late, especially in rheumatic patients. Albuminous mucous, leucorrhoea looks like egg white, discharge is worse after menses, after stool and after urination. Parts pulsate, patient is cold easily. Acid leucorrhoea.
Calcarea Sulphurica 3X: Leucorrhoea accompanied by thick, yellow, bloody discharge.
Kali Phosphoricum 3X: Scalding, blistering and acrid discharge. Leucorrhoea is yellowish, orange. Leucorrhoea of nervous origin.
Kali Sulphuricum 3X: Yellow-greenish in colour, consistency of discharge is watery and slimy.
Natrum Muriaticum 3X: Irritating, excoriating, scalding discharge. Leucorrhoea between or after periods, with dull heavy headaches and itching of the vulva, greenish in colour, acrid pain during leucorrhoea with yellowness to the face, onset after walking and in the morning, leucorrhoea with headache, colicky symptoms, bearing down pressure, slimy and corroding leucorrhoea.
